Launch policy
Thirty days to prove protection value
The trial gives your team 30 days to connect data, review owner briefs, and decide whether Specula is helping you see follow-up risk, revenue leaks, and operational gaps clearly enough to continue.
How does the launch offer work?
Start by choosing a plan and adding a card in Stripe. Monthly plans begin with a 30-day trial, so you are not charged today. During the trial, you can connect QuickBooks, upload exports, and generate your first owner brief.
What happens after the trial?
After the 30-day trial, Stripe bills the plan you selected unless you cancel first. Operator continues at $299/month, Growth at $799/month, and Command is scoped directly for larger or multi-location teams.
When does billing start?
Monthly billing starts after the 30-day trial. Annual plans save about two months compared with paying monthly for the year. The 3-installment option is shown before checkout and includes the activation fee.
Do I need to add a card to start?
Yes. A card is required to activate the workspace and start the 30-day trial, but monthly plans do not charge today. The card lets Stripe handle billing only after the trial ends unless you cancel first.
What data does Specula scan?
Specula scans useful fields from connected systems or imports, including revenue, jobs, technicians, job type, estimate status, invoice status, callbacks, memberships, invoices, and payments when available.
Which plan should most contractors use?
Growth is the recommended value plan for most contractor teams because it includes accountability tracking, retention monitoring, technician visibility, and priority onboarding. Annual Growth is the strongest value if the team is ready to commit because it saves about two months compared with monthly billing.
